RECOMMENDED ACTION
Adopt resolution.
STATEMENT OF ISSUE
Adoption of the resolution will formally accept the landscape improvements for the Canon Station Planning Area 4 – Neighborhood 5 Subdivision (Subdivision) Landscape as complete.
DISCUSSION
One Lake Holding, LLC (Developer) has completed all the required landscape improvements for the Subdivision in ac cordance with the landscape subdivision agreement adopted by the City Council on September 7, 2021, by Resolution No. 2021-217.
Staff have inspected the landscape improvements and found them to be complete in accordance with City standards and the requir ements of the landscape improvement agreement. The final punch list was completed on October 21, 2025. The proposed resolution accepts the landscape improvements as being complete, except for the obligation of the Developer to repair or reconstruct defective work for a period of one year after final acceptance.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
Ongoing maintenance of the landscape improvements will be maintained by the Homeowner’s Association (HOA), with a portion of these costs funded through Community Facilities District (CFD) No. 2018-1.
