RESOLUTION NO. 2025-247
ACCEPTING THE ALLAN WITT COMMUNITY PARK – PHASE 3 ALL INCLUSIVE PLAYGROUND
PROJECT AS COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a contract with R&R Pacific Construction (R&R) for the Allan Witt Community Park – Phase 3 All Inclusive Project (Project) on May 21, 2024, by Resolution No. 2024-122; and
WHEREAS, R&R has completed the Project in accordance with the contract approved by the council.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. The City hereby accepts the Project as complete pursuant to the agreement between the City and R&R approved by the council on May 21, 2024.
