RESOLUTION NO. 2025-249
ACCEPTING THE CEMENT HILL WATER TREATMENT PLANT – NEW ENTRYWAY PROJECT AS
COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a contract with Ghilotti Brothers, Inc. (Ghilotti Bros) for the Cement Hill Water Treatment Plant – New Entryway Project (Project) on April 15, 2025, by Resolution No. 2025-56; and
WHEREAS, Ghilotti Bros has completed the Project in accordance with the contract approved by the council.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. The City hereby accepts the Project as complete pursuant to the agreement between the City and Ghilotti Bros approved by the council on April 15, 2025.
