CITY OF FAIRFIELD
RESOLUTION NO. 2025-260
AMENDING AND ADOPTING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE BENEFITS SUMMARY FOR SERIES 100 EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT-REPRESENTED CLASSIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, the City Council enacted the Employee Compensation Policy Resolution No. 2000 - 156, establishing the City’s compensation philosophy and guidelines regarding internal relationships between levels within the organization.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. The council hereby approves the Benefits Summary as outlined in Exhibit A for Series 100 executive management-represented classifications.
Section 2. The city manager is hereby authorized and directed to do all things necessary to implement this resolution.
