CITY OF FAIRFIELD
RESOLUTION NO. 2025-262
AMENDING THE DEPARTMENTAL POSITION CONTROL LIST FOR THE INFORMATION
TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the City C ouncil approved the Departmental Position Control List , the listing of classifications and salaries; and
WHEREAS, changes to the Departmental Position Control List may only be made by Resolution of the council; and
WHEREAS, changes to the Departmental Position Control list is necessary to ensure the effective operations of services to the community; and
WHEREAS, changes to the Departmental Position Control list will amend position classifications for the Information Technology Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. That i t approves the following changes to the Departmental Control List for the following departments:
Information Technology
Addition of 1.0 Information Technology Manager
Addition of 1.0 Information Technology Analyst II
Deletion of 1.0 Senior IT Analyst
Section 2. The city manager or their designee is hereby authorized and directed to do all things necessary to implement this resolution.
