CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Catherine "Cat" Moy called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. City Attorney David Lim called roll.

Vice Mayor Pam Bertani - Absent
Mayor Catherine "Cat" Moy - Present
"Michael" was on zoom and declined to make a public comment. No other members of the public were present for public comment.
The City Council went into closed session on the following items with the listed people present:
F.I. Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation Name of Case: Shri Guru Hari, LLC et. al. v. City of Fairfield, a municipal corporation, Solano County Superior Court case no. CU25-01676
Present were City Attorney David Lim, City Manager David Gassaway, and Finance Director John Furtado.
F.2 Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation Name of Case: Shri Guru Hari, LLC et. al. v. City of Fairfield, a municipal corporation, Northern District of California case no. 3:25-cv-04200
Present were City Attorney David Lim, City Manager David Gassaway, and Finance Director John Furtado.
