Vice Mayor Pam Bertani called the meeting to order at 5:00pm.

Assistant City Attorney Christian Petrangelo called call. On roll call were Councilmembers Doug Carr, Doriss Panduro, Manveer Sandhu, Scott Tonnesen, K. Patrice Williams, and Vice Mayor Pam Bertani. Mayor Catherine "Cat" Moy was absent at roll but arrived during Item F.3.
