Mayor Catherine "Cat" Moy called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. City Attorney David Lim called roll.

PUBLIC COMMENTS
A member of the public with phone number ending in "121" asked to speak but via zoom but then disconnected and did not return. No other members of the public wished to speak at public comment.
The City Council went into closed session on the following item with the listed people present:

Present were City Attorney David Lim, City Manager David Gassaway, Assistant City Manager Farbod Pirouzmand, Fire Chief John Sturdee, Risk Managers Chris Carmona and Erika Milton, and attorney Arecelia Hurtado.
The City Council came out of closed session.
Mayor Moy adjourned the meeting at 5:27 p.m.
