Mayor Moy called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. City Attorney David Lim called roll.

The City Council went into closed session on the following item with the listed people present:
F.1. Threat to Public Services or Facilities or Critical Infrastructure Controls or Information Relating to Cybersecurity (Gov’t Code 54957(A); see also Gov’t Code 54956.5(c))
Present were City Attorney David Lim, City Manager David Gassaway, IT Director Naveed Ashraf, and Assistant City Manager Farbod Pirouzmand
The Fairfield Housing Authority went into closed session on the following items with the listed people present:
H.1. Conference with Legal Counsel - Anticipated Litigation (Gov’t Code 54956.9(d)(2)-(4)) One potential case: Sublease Agreement for 310 Beck Ave., Fairfield, CA
Present were City Attorney David Lim, City Manager David Gassaway, and Assistant City Manager Farbod Pirouzmand.
The City Council/Housing Authority came out of closed session.
