Amendment No. 1
To Professional Services Agreement
Between
City of Fairfield
and the
Economic & Planning Systems (EPS)
This Amendment No. 1, made by and entered as of the _____ day of April, 2026, by and between the CITY of FAIRFIELD, a municipal corporation (hereinafter “CITY”), AND Economic & Planning Systems (hereinafter [“EPS”]), for the purpose of reviewing the Professional Services Agreement (hereinafter “AGREEMENT”) dated February 26, 2024, between the parties. This Amendment does not take effect until signed by both parties.
The revisions to the AGREEMENT are limited to those specific below. All other provisions of the AGREEMENT remain in effect as set forth in Exhibit “A”.
The AGREEMENT is amended as follows:
1. The TERM of the AGREEMENT is extended to December 31, 2026, or until the scope is completed.
2. Exhibit B is amended as follows: 4) contract not to exceed: $125,000
3. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
Except as specifically set forth herein, all terms and conditions of the AGREEMENT between the CITY and EPS, dated February 26,2024, shall remain in full force and effect.
