FAIRFIELD HOUSING AUTHORITY
RESOLUTION NO. HA2026-02
APPROVING THE FAIRFIELD HOUSING AUTHORITY'S PUBLIC HOUSING AGENCY ANNUAL PLAN FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027
WHEREAS, to receive Housing Choice Voucher funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the Fairfield Housing Authority must submit an approved Public Housing Agency (PHA) Annual Plan to HUD; and
WHEREAS, the Fairfield Housing Authority prepared the required updated PHA Annual Plan for fiscal year 2026-2027 (Annual Plan) as attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, to obtain public comments on the Annual Plan, a 45-day public comment period was advised and observed beginning on February 18, 2026, and a public hearing was held on April 7, 2026.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE FAIRFIELD HOUSING AUTHORITY HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. The Annual Plan, as attached hereto Exhibit A, is hereby approved and accepted.
Section 2. The executive director is hereby authorized and directed to do all actions required to submit the Annual Plan to HUD.
