Mayor Catherine “Cat” Moy called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. City Attorney David Lim called roll.

The City Council came out of closed session.
City Attorney David Lim announced continuance of Item F.4. at an open general meeting of the City Council for April 21, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chamber.
Mayor Moy adjourned the meeting at 6:15 p.m.
