Vice Mayor Bertani called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. City Attorney David Lim called roll.

Chris Matthews, Vincent Harris and a representative from the Lewis Group spoke on Item F.1. All spoke via Zoom.
The City Council went into closed session on the following items with the listed people present:

Under negotiation: Consideration of Letter of Intent from Negotiating Parties Present were City Attorney David Lim, Assistant City Manager Farbod Pirouzmand, Community Development Director David Zellers, and Housing Department staff LaTanya Terrones.

The City Council came out of closed session.
City Attorney David Lim announced that the City Council voted 7-0 (Motion by Tonnesen, Second by 1 Docusign Envelope ID: 12D5CC1A-A3DC-8BF1-838E-B33C60902FE3 Moy) to accept the offer from Northbay and Discovery Builders (Lewis Group) for development of 421 Madison Street.
Mayor Moy adjourned the meeting at 5:57 p.m.
