RESOLUTION NO. 2026-69
ACCEPTING THE CANON STATION PLANNING AREA 5 – NEIGHBORHOOD J & K-2 SUBDIVISION
IMPROVEMENTS AS COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the City Council executed an improvement agreement with One Lake Holding, LLC (Developer) for the Canon Station Planning Area 5 – Neighborhood J & K -2 Subdivision on December 3, 2024, by Resolution No. 2024-276; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has completed all the required improvements in accordance with the improvement agreement approved by the council.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. The City hereby accepts the improvements as complete pursuant to the improvement agreement between the City and the Developer approved by the council on December 3, 2024.
