RESOLUTION NO. 2026-82
APPROVING A MODIFICATION TO THE DESIGNATION OF LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 13 – NORTH CORDELIA TO LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 13 – GREEN VALLEY
WHEREAS, the City Council established Landscaping and Lighting Maintenance District No. 13 – North Cordelia (District) on June 19, 1990, by Resolution No. 90-195L pursuant to the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972 (Streets and Highways Code Section 22500 et seq.); and
WHEREAS, property owners within the District requested a modification to the District designation to align with the more commonly recognized name utilized by the local community within the District; and
WHEREAS, the council desires to accommodate the modification to the District designation as requested.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. The new designation for the District shall be Landscaping and Lighting Maintenance District No. 13 – Green Valley.
Section 2. Except for the new designation for the District, this resolution makes no other modifications to the District.
