STATEMENT OF ISSUE
Adoption of the resolution will formally accept the improvements for the One Lake Vanden Road Utility Extension Improvements as complete.

DISCUSSION
One Lake Holding, LLC (Developer) has completed all the required improvements in accordance with the improvement agreement adopted by the City Council on May 16, 2023, by resolution No. 2023-121. The improvements included the extension of public potable water, non -potable water, sanitary sewer, and storm drain utilities within Vanden Road to serve Planning Area 5. The public infrastructure was extended approximately 800 feet from the Lake Trail Street intersection in Vanden Road.

Staff inspected the public infrastructure improvements and found them to be complete in accordance with City standards and the requirements of the landscape improvement agreement.

The final punch list was completed on January 8, 202 6. The proposed resolution accepts the improvements as being complete, except for the obligation of the Developer to repair or reconstruct defective work for a period of one year after final acceptance.

FINANCIAL IMPACT
Acceptance of public improve ments by the council will obligate the City to maintain the improvements, including the water, non -potable water, and storm drain mains. Ongoing maintenance for the public improvements will be funded by the City’s General Fund (Fund) 101.
