AMENDMENT NO. 1
TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD AND
KRAMER WORKPLACE INVESTIGATIONS
This Amendment No. 1 , made by and entered into as of the _____ _ day of __________, 2026, by and between the CITY of FAIRFIELD, a municipal corporation (hereinafter “CITY”), and Kramer Workplace Investigations (hereinafter CONSULTANT), for the purpose of reviewing the Professional Services Agreement (hereinafter “AGREEMENT”) dated January 11, 2024, between the parties. This Amendment does not take effect until signed by both parties.
The revisions to the AGREEMENT are limited to those specific below. All other provisions of the AGREEMENT remain in effect as set forth in the previous professional services agreement.
The AGREEMENT is amended as follows:
1. The AGREEMENT modifies “Exhibit B” of the original contract, which specifies the maximum compensation payable to the consultant not to exceed $100,000. The agreement is amended to raise the not -to-exceed amount by an additional $ 100,000 (“Original Term”) to reflect a maximum not-to-exceed amount of $200,000; all other terms and conditions of the contract remain the same.
Except as specifically set forth herein, all terms and conditions of the AGREEMENT between the CITY and CONSULTANT, dated January 11, 2024, shall remain in full force and effect.
