Amendment No 1.
To Professional Services Agreement
Between
City of Fairfield
and the
BSK Associates
This Amendment No. 1, made by and entered into as of the _____ day of ______________, 2026, by and between the CITY of FAIRFIELD, a municipal corporation (hereinafter “CITY”), AND BSK Associates (hereinafter [“BSK”]), for the purpose of reviewing the Professional Services Agreement (hereinafter “AGREEMENT”) dated January 6, 2026 between the parties. This Amendment does not take effect until signed by both parties.
The revisions to the AGREEMENT are limited to those specific below. All other provisions of the AGREEMENT remain in effect as set forth in Exhibit “A”.
The AGREEMENT is amended as follows:
1. Item 1 of EXHIBIT “B” – PAYMENT is amended as follows:
“1) The total contract price for services rendered by CONSULTANT under this Agreement shall be in an amount not to exceed $210,000.00.”
Except as specifically set forth herein, all terms and conditions of the AGREEMENT between the CITY and BSK, dated January 6, 2026, shall remain in full force and effect.
