RESOLUTION NO. 2026-106
ACCEPTING THE ONE LAKE VANDEN ROAD UTILITY EXTENSION IMPROVEMENTS AS
COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the City Council executed an improvement agreement with One Lake Holding, LLC (Developer) for the One Lake Vanden Road Utility extension on May 16, 2023, by Resolution No. 2023-121; and
WHEREAS, the Developer has completed all the required improvements in accordance with the improvement agreement approved by the council.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. The City hereby accepts the improvements as complete pursuant to the improvement agreement between the City and the Developer approved by the council on May 16, 2023.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of June 2026, by the following vote:
