CITY OF FAIRFIELD
RESOLUTION NO. 2026-108
ACCEPTING THE HSIPSL-5132 (060) KENTUCKY STREET & BROADWAY STREET STRIPING
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AS COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the plans and specifications and entered into a contract with Chrisp Company for the HSIPSL-5132 (060) Kentucky Street & Broadway Street Striping Improvement Project (Project) on August 19, 2025, by Resolution No. 2025-167; and
WHEREAS, Chrisp Company has completed the Project in accordance with the contract approved by the council.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. The City hereby accepts the Project as complete pursuant to the agreement between the City and Chrisp Company approved by the council on August 19, 2025.
