RESOLUTION NO. 2026-112
APPROVING AN INCREASE CONTRACT AMOUNT FOR KRAMER WORKPLACE INVESTIGATIONS
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, On J anuary 11, 2024, the City of Fairfiel d entered into a Professional Services Agreement with Kramer Workplace Investigation services to provide as-needed legal and investigation services to the City of Fairfield; and
WHEREAS, the original agreement established a not-to-exceed amount of $100,000; and
WHEREAS, the current not-to-exceed amount of $100,000 has been reached and additional funds are needed to continue utilizing consultant’s services through the current term date of June 30, 2027.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. T he council hereby ap proves Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Kramer Workplace Investigations, increasing in the not-to-exceed amount from $100,000 to $200,000.
Section 2. The city manager or authorized designee is hereby authorized to execute said amendment on behalf of the City of Fairfield.
