Hi David,
1 We are following up regarding City Resolution No. 2026-152 and the authorization for Amendment No. 1.

Upon review, we noticed a discrepancy between the title of the resolution and the language in Section 1 .

The resolution title states:

RESOLUTION NO. 2026•152
AUTHORIZING HE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AMENDMENT NO 1 TO THE AGREEMENT FORSHARlNG'OF STATE HIGHWAY EL£CTRtCA&. FACILITIES IN THE CITY OF FAIRftELD However, Section 1 states that:

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD HEREBY RESOtVES:

Sectlon ~- Amendment No. 1 of the Freeway Maintenance Agreement between the City of Fairfield and the State of Cafffornra (Amendment No. 1),. attached hereto, is hereby approved.

Our understanding is that the amendment requiring authorization is EFCSA Amendment No.

1. However, Section 1 references the Freeway Maintenance Agreement (FMA), which appears to be inconsistent with the resolution title and the intended amendment.

Could you please provide a corrected resolution or written clarification confirming the City Council's authorization of EFCSA Amendment No. 1? This clarification will help us address this concern and ensure that the appropriate documentation is incorporated into the complete EFCSA Amendment No. 1 package.

Thank you for your assistance.

Best Regards,
Jonathan J.H. Chi, P.E.
