RESOLUTION NO. 2026-153
ADOPTING THE SECOND UPDATE TO THE LANDSCAPE OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE GUIDELINES
AND DUTIES OF THE COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, on February 21, 2023, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 2023-26, establishing the Fairfield Landscape Oversight Committee and Setting Forth Guidelines and Duties of the Committee; and
WHEREAS, on June 3, 2025, the council adopted Resolution No. 2025-78 updating the Guidelines and Duties of the Committee; and
WHEREAS, on April 7, 202 6, the council directed staff to prepare a second update to the Guidelines and Duties of the Committee that narrow the scope of duties and responsibilities to oversight functions that are modeled after the Measure P Oversight Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. The council her eby approves the second update to the Landscape Oversight Committee Guidelines and Duties of the Committee, set forth in in Exhibit “A” attached hereto.
