CITY OF FAIRFIELD
RESOLUTION NO. 2026-155
APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD AND NORTHBAY HEALTHCARE CORPORATION FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED ON SUISUN VALLEY ROAD (ASSESSOR PARCEL NUMBER 0027-260-230)
WHEREAS, the City of Fairfield is the owner of the 6.71-acre parcel located on Suisun Valley Road and known as Assessor Parcel Number 0027-260-23 (Property); and
WHEREAS, NorthBay Healthcare Corporation (Northbay) wishes to purchase the Property from the City for a new hospital campus; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to sell the Property to NorthBay; and
WHEREAS, the City and North Bay Healthcare Corporation wish to enter into the proposed Purchase and Sale Agreement to acquire the Property.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. The council hereby approves the Purchase and Sale Agreement by and between the City of Fairfield and North Bay Healthcare Corporation substantially in the form and content presented and attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Section 2. The city manager or designee is authorized to do all things necessary to implement and execute the Purchase and Sale Agreement attached as Exhibit A.
