CITY OF FAIRFIELD
RESOLUTION NO. 2026-167
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH MOSAIC PUBLIC
PARTNERS LLC FOR EXECUTIVE LEVEL RECRUITMENTS
WHEREAS, the City has previously utilized professional recruitment services for difficult to fill, highly specialized and executive level classifications; and
WHEREAS, City staff recommend Mosaic Public Partners LLC, which specializes in providing these services to government agencies; and
WHEREAS, contracting with Mosaic Public Partners LLC will ensure continuity of services; and
WHEREAS, the City and Mosaic Public Partners wish to enter into a five-year contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFIELD HEREBY RESOLVES:
Section 1. The City Council hereby approves the agreement between the City and Mosaic Public Partners LLC for five-years, June 30, 2026, through June 30, 2031, in an amount not to exceed $150,000.
Section 2. The city manager is authorized to execute all necessary agreements with Alliant Insurance Services to serve as the City’s broker for employee health and welfare programs and take other actions as necessary and proper to implement this resolution.
