LEGAL DESCRIPTION
10' WIDE PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
Being an easement 10 feet in width for public utilities and all purposes incidental thereto, situate in the City of Fairfield, County of Solano, State of California, over that certain parcel granted to the City of Fairfield by deed filed for record March 18, 2019 as Document 201900015006, said parcel being further identified as Parcel 1 as shown on that certain map entitled "Parcel Map, Lot 2, Parcel Map of Sousa Prop." filed for record October 7, 1971 in Book 5 of Parcel Maps at Page 60, each filed in the office of the Solano County Recorder, the centerline of said easement being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the south line of said Parcel 1, from which point the most southerly corner of said parcel bears South 61°04'24" West, 21.42 feet; thence North 13°39'12" East, 44.21 feet to the beginning of a curve concave westerly having a radius of 668.57 feet; thence northerly along the arc of said curve 238.19 feet through a central angle of 20°24'46" to the beginning of a non-tangent curve concave westerly having a radius of 196.60 feet; from which point the radius bears South 79°29'24" West; thence northerly along the arc of said curve 77.07 feet through a central angle of 22°27'36"; thence North 21°08'50" West, 34.72 feet to a point on the west line of said Parcel 1, said point being the terminus of this description.
The sidelines of this easement are to be shortened or extended as necessary so as to terminate at the herein above described boundaries of said Parcel 1.
Bearings used in this description are based upon Book 5 of Parcel Maps, Page 60, Solano County Records.
