Council participated in a series of exercises to develop and review the Strategic Plan. Council completed Review of 2021-2023 Strategic Plan and Development of the 2023-2025 Strategic Plan. Council directed staff to schedule a special meeting on March 2, 2023, at 3:00 pm to complete the session.
