A. Request by Council Member Paul Boyer for remote participation due to medically related emergency circumstances.
Councilmember Paul Boyer appeared by Zoom under emergency circumstance per AB 2449. This is Mr. Boyers first remote appearance this year.
Councilmembers approved emergency circumstances with a 4-0 vote.
