She expressed disappointment that the City Manager had not provided resources to address the issue and stated she was offended by a comment from Councilmember Paul Boyer suggesting she was present only regarding a lawn mower matter. Ms. Llamas emphasized that she is a registered voter with the right to express her opinions and concluded by stating her disappointment with city leadership.
Alice Lopez a resident of Farmersville, raised concerns regarding dogs that attacked sheep at the high school farm. Ms. Lopez emphasized the need for the City to remain vigilant and actively address the situation, as the dogs may continue to pose a risk after the attack.
