Open Letter from the Chief of Police
Dear Firebaugh Community,
It’s an honor to serve as your Chief of Police and to lead a department committed to protecting and serving the people of Firebaugh. Every day, our team works hard to provide the highest level of service to our residents, and it’s a responsibility we take seriously.
This past year marked an important milestone for our
department. In December 2023, we officially moved into our newly renovated police building. What was once the old
courthouse has been transformed into a modern, fully
functional facility that meets the demands of our
department today and provides room for future growth as our city continues to develop. I want to personally thank our City Manager and City Council for their unwavering support in making this project a reality.
In this annual report, you’ll find highlights from across our department — from patrol and investigations to dispatch and records — all working together to keep Firebaugh safe. It also includes important crime statistics and updates on our progress over the past year.
Transparency matters to us, and this report is one way we stay accountable to the people we serve. I want to remind everyone that here in Firebaugh, we investigate everything.
No matter the issue, big or small, our commitment is to ensure this city remains a safe place for everyone — whether you’re at home, at work, or out enjoying our parks and streets.
Looking ahead to 2025, our focus remains clear: to reduce crime, enhance public safety, and continue strengthening our community partnerships. Firebaugh stands as one of the safest cities in the Central Valley — a place where families can thrive, neighbors look out for one another, and community pride runs deep.
I’m grateful for your continued support and for the strong relationships we’ve built with local organizations, schools, and businesses. Together, we’ll keep working to make Firebaugh the pride of the Westside — a great, safe community for all.
Thank you for your trust.
Sincerely,
Salvador Raygoza
Chief of Police

Patrol Division
The Patrol Division serves as the foundation of the Firebaugh Police Department and acts as the first response team in protecting our community. This division is made up of twelve dedicated patrol officers, three reserve officers, and one Code Enforcement Officer. The team is led by a sergeant and supported by two corporals, always providing steady leadership and effective supervision.
Our patrol officers are highly trained professionals who respond to calls for service, conduct traffic enforcement, and take on a variety of specialized assignments. In addition to their regular duties, officers may serve on specialized teams such as the Crisis Intervention and Search Warrant Team, work as School Resource Officers, operate drones, participate in motorcycle or bicycle units, serve as K-9 officers, act as BSCC Officers, or mentor young people through the Explorer Program.
Patrol responsibilities are wide-ranging and play a vital role in the safety and well-being of Firebaugh. Officers handle everything from conducting investigations and monitoring suspicious activity to maintaining a visible presence throughout the city. Whether responding to emergencies, assisting motorists, or connecting with residents, patrol officers are dedicated to providing professional, dependable service.
The division’s strength lies in its flexibility
and teamwork. Officers’ willingness to
take on additional responsibilities reflects
their strong commitment to public safety
and to meeting the changing needs of
our community.
Through proactive patrol, meaningful
community engagement, and specialized
assignments, the Patrol Division remains
focused on delivering high-quality
service and keeping Firebaugh one of
the safest and most welcoming
communities in the Central Valley.

Reserve Officer Unit
The Reserve Officer Unit at the Firebaugh Police
Department was created to support and assist our fulltime officers in their daily responsibilities. Reserve officers play an important role in helping the
department provide effective, reliable law enforcement
services to the community.
This unit is made up of Level One Reserve Officers
who, after successfully completing a thorough field
training program, are qualified to perform solo patrol
duties. These individuals meet the same high training
standards as our full-time officers and bring valuable
skills and experience to the department.
Reserve officers regularly assist with special
community events, including the annual festival,
parades, and other large gatherings where a visible
and active police presence is important for public
safety. Beyond these assignments, reserve officers often work full patrol shifts, filling in when regular officers are attending training, on leave, or unavailable. This helps maintain steady and consistent police service throughout Firebaugh.
In recent years, the number of reserve officers has
declined from eight to three. One of our goals for
2025 is to rebuild this unit, aiming to increase the
roster to between six and eight reserve officers.
Expanding the unit will improve our ability to
support daily operations, strengthen staffing
during special events, and continue meeting the
needs of our growing city.
The Firebaugh Police Department values the
dedication and contributions of our reserve
officers. Their service is an important part of
keeping our community safe and well-protected.

Records Department
The Records Department is a vital part of the
Firebaugh Police Department, responsible
for the accurate management, classification,
and maintenance of all official records. This
work is handled by one full-time Records
Supervisor, who ensures reports are
properly reviewed and classified for reporting
to the Department of Justice, the Federal
Bureau of Investigation, and for maintaining
local crime statistics.
The Records Supervisor oversees the
processing, storage, and retention of records
such as incident reports, warrants, criminal
histories, and personnel files. She also
manages the department’s computerized
records system, including platforms like the
California Law Enforcement
Telecommunications System, the Criminal Justice Information Center, the National Crime Information Center, and the Mark43 Records Management System, ensuring all data remains current and accurate.
In addition to these core duties, the Records Supervisor serves as the department’s Terminal Coordinator for state and federal criminal information systems, controls sensitive files such as sealed records and sex offender files and handles public records requests.
She also facilitates administrative hearings for parking citation disputes and prepares a variety of statistical reports and internal documentation as needed.
With statewide changes in reporting
standards, the department is currently
transitioning from Uniform Crime
Reporting to the National Incident-Based
Reporting System. This new system will
offer a more thorough and detailed
approach to documenting crime and
public safety incidents.
The Records Department plays an
essential role in the daily operations of the
Firebaugh Police Department. Through
careful oversight and attention to detail,
the Records Supervisor helps ensure
legal compliance, operational efficiency,
and transparency with the public.

Dispatch Center
The Dispatch Center at the
Firebaugh Police Department is a
crucial part of daily operations,
serving as the primary connection
between the public and officers in
the field. The team includes three
full-time dispatchers, two part-time
dispatchers, and one dispatch
supervisor, all committed to
providing reliable and responsive
service to the community.
Dispatchers are often the first point
of contact during emergencies.
They gather essential information from callers, dispatch officers, and manage radio communications to ensure timely and effective responses. Their ability to remain calm under pressure and communicate clearly is key to officer safety and public protection.
Firebaugh is proud to operate its own local dispatch center. This approach allows dispatchers to apply valuable knowledge of the city’s streets, neighborhoods, and community members, which enhances response times and service quality. Unlike larger regional systems, our dispatchers offer a level of personal attention and familiarity that benefits both residents and officers.
The Firebaugh Police Department values the professionalism and dedication of its dispatch team. Their work is a vital part of keeping our city safe and providing the dependable service the community deserves.

Code Enforcement Officer Program
In 2024, the Firebaugh Police Department expanded its Code Enforcement Officer program by adding a full-time position after operating for several years with only part-time coverage. Yvonne Sandoval, a proud Firebaugh resident, now serves in this role and is dedicated to helping maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming community.
Yvonne’s primary responsibility is to educate residents and business owners about local codes and regulations. Her work focuses on raising awareness about property maintenance, public nuisance issues, and other community standards to encourage voluntary compliance. While education remains a priority, she also enforces these regulations when necessary to protect the overall well-being of the city.
In addition to handling common code violations such as overgrown yards, abandoned vehicles, illegal dumping, and unpermitted structures, the Code Enforcement Officer also addresses issues involving vacant properties, zoning concerns, and health and safety hazards. She works closely with other city departments, property owners, and community organizations to resolve concerns and improve neighborhood conditions.
The Code Enforcement Officer also assists with animal
control issues, graffiti abatement efforts, and supports larger police department initiatives aimed at enhancing public safety and quality of life. Yvonne’s dedication and local knowledge make her a valuable resource for the
city, and her efforts directly contribute to preserving the character and appearance of Firebaugh.

2024 Crime Data Report
The Firebaugh Police Department
remains committed to transparency
and keeping our residents informed
about public safety in our
community. This report offers a
summary of the crimes our officers
investigated in 2024, based on the
most current and reliable reporting
standards.
You’ll notice that this year’s data
looks a little different from past
reports. That’s because we’re
transitioning from the Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR) system to the National IncidentBased Reporting System (NIBRS). Unlike UCR, which only counted the most serious offense in a single incident, NIBRS records details on every crime committed during an event. This change gives a clearer, more accurate picture of what’s happening in our community. While it may make the numbers appear higher at first glance, it’s simply because more information is being recorded.

By 2026, all law enforcement agencies
nationwide will be required to report
crime data using NIBRS. Firebaugh is
ahead of schedule in adopting this
system, which helps ensure our records
are complete, current, and consistent
with national standards.
Crime statistics serve several important
purposes beyond informing the public.
They help us identify trends, evaluate the
effectiveness of policing strategies, and
allocate resources where they’re needed
most. Accurate data also plays a key role
in securing public safety grants and shaping crime prevention efforts tailored to our community’s specific needs.
In this report, we’ve included graphs highlighting crime categories most relevant to Firebaugh. Many categories tracked by NIBRS had few or no incidents in 2024, so to keep the information clear and useful, only those with meaningful activity are displayed.
When compared to 2023, overall crime levels in Firebaugh remained steady in 2024. This consistency reflects the continued efforts of our department and the strength of our partnership with the community in keeping Firebaugh a safe place to live and work. 0 10

K-9 Program
The Firebaugh Police Department is proud
to have an active K-9 program that
strengthens both our public safety efforts
and our relationship with the community.
Officer Rodolfo Tabares currently serves
as our K-9 handler, partnered with K-9
Luca, who was generously donated by
Stamoules Produce Company.
K-9 Luca is trained in narcotics detection
and plays an important role in addressing
drug-related issues in Firebaugh, where
methamphetamine remains a commonly
encountered drug. To stay sharp, Luca
trains with a certified K-9 instructor every
two weeks, ensuring both he and Officer
Tabares maintain the skills needed for
safe and effective deployments.
In addition to narcotics detection, Officer Tabares and K-9 Luca assist with building and area searches, evidence recovery, and officer safety during high-risk incidents. The team also provides support to outside agencies upon request and responds to calls where a trained K-9 can help reduce risk or improve search results.
Officer Tabares is responsible for the daily care, health, and well-being of K-9 Luca, including feeding, exercise, grooming, and medical care. As the department’s K-9 handler, he also manages documentation for deployments, training hours, and maintenance records to meet legal and policy requirements.
Beyond enforcement duties, K-9 Luca is an important part of the department’s community outreach. Officer Tabares regularly participates in school visits, public demonstrations, and community events, giving residents the chance to meet Luca and learn about the important work police dogs perform. These interactions help build trust, especially among children and families, and give the community a closer look at the tools and resources officers use to keep Firebaugh safe.
The Firebaugh Police Department values the ongoing support that makes the K-9 program possible and remains committed to maintaining this valuable asset for both public safety and community engagement.

School Resource Officer Program (SRO)
The Firebaugh Police Department is dedicated to
supporting the safety and well-being of students, staff, and visitors across all local school campuses through
our School Resource Officer (SRO) program. One fulltime SRO is currently assigned to serve the district, with most of his time spent at the high school and middle
school, where the demand for on-campus support is
highest.
Officer Jason Perez serves as the department’s School
Resource Officer. In this role, he works closely with
school administrators, teachers, and students to
maintain a safe, welcoming, and secure learning
environment. Beyond handling safety-related concerns,
Officer Perez provides classroom presentations on
topics such as drug and alcohol prevention, internet
safety, anti-bullying, and responsible decision-making.
He also participates in campus safety drills, assists with conflict resolution, and is a trusted resource for students facing personal or safety challenges.
Officer Perez oversees campus safety plans, coordinates with school officials on emergency preparedness, and manages follow-ups on incidents involving students both on and off school grounds. He helps monitor and address issues such as truancy, vandalism, and juvenile crime trends, working to prevent problems before they escalate.
Additionally, he supports extracurricular events like school dances, sports games, and graduation ceremonies to ensure student safety and foster positive connections.
Recognizing the value of having law enforcement presence on campus, the department is actively working with the school district to expand the program. Plans are in place to add a second School Resource Officer in July 2025, which will allow for broader coverage and more consistent support across all school sites.
The Firebaugh Police Department is committed to building meaningful relationships with students and staff while helping create a safe and supportive environment for learning and growth.

Crisis Intervention and Search Warrant Team (CISW Team) The Firebaugh Police Department created the Crisis
Intervention and Search Warrant Team to improve
the way we handle critical incidents and safely serve
search warrants within the community. This
specialized unit is made up of five experienced
officers and is supervised during operations by either
a sergeant or the chief of police.
The team was formed after recognizing that officers
were often conducting search warrant operations
without consistent specialized training. To address
this, the department established a structured, wellprepared group of officers who receive focused instruction in safely managing high-risk incidents and
warrant services that do not require assistance from the county’s SWAT team.
While the CISW Team is equipped to manage a range of high-risk situations, it is not a SWAT team. In cases that exceed the team’s capabilities or involve complex tactical challenges, the department will request support from the county’s SWAT unit.
This program reflects the Firebaugh Police
Department’s ongoing commitment to officer safety,
effective operations, and public well-being. By
investing in this team’s training and resources, the
department ensures that critical situations are
handled with care, professionalism, and a clear focus
on community safety.

Drone Program
The Firebaugh Police Department
established its Drone Program five years
ago with generous financial support from
Stamoules Produce Company. Since then,
it has become an essential resource for the
department, providing valuable assistance
during search warrants, locating wanted
suspects, finding missing people, and
monitoring potential flooding from the river.
The program also regularly supports
neighboring law enforcement agencies
when needed.
Last year, the department expanded its capabilities by acquiring a new, advanced drone through a grant from the Board of State and Community Corrections. The addition of this equipment has strengthened our ability to respond to a wider range of incidents, leading to increased requests for assistance from nearby agencies.
The department currently operates four drones and has three certified pilots, all of whom serve as patrol officers. This ensures the drones can be deployed quickly in urgent situations. In addition to their primary assignments, drone pilots assist with aerial crime scene documentation, traffic collision investigations, and search operations in areas difficult to access on foot. They also conduct routine patrol sweeps during special events; help survey public safety hazards and assist with disaster response efforts such as fire assessments and infrastructure inspections following storms or emergencies.
The Drone Program continues to be a valuable asset for the department and the community, providing a safer, more efficient way to handle complex incidents and protect public safety.

Technology Expansion
In November 2024, the Firebaugh Police
Department made important progress in officer
accountability and community trust by launching
a body-worn camera program. Every officer is
now equipped with an Axon body camera and
required to record video for all calls for service.
These cameras provide clear, unbiased
documentation of police interactions, which helps
protect both officers and the public. In addition to
aiding in the investigation and prosecution of
criminal cases, the cameras are valuable for
reviewing incidents, improving officer training,
and addressing public concerns with
transparency.
The department also replaced its older XP26
tasers with the new Taser 7 model. This updated
equipment features faster, more accurate probes with greater energy, leading to better connections and more reliable outcomes in the field. The upgrade enhances officer safety and provides a safer, effective option for resolving dangerous situations without resorting to deadly force.
Another major improvement in 2024 was the completion of a citywide surveillance camera upgrade. New cameras were installed both inside and outside the police department, at key intersections, city parks, and other high-traffic areas throughout Firebaugh. This expanded network not only assists in solving crimes but also deters criminal activity, monitors public spaces during events, and helps locate missing persons or vehicles. The footage has proven essential in cases that might otherwise have lacked evidence.
To support these efforts, the department improved its dispatch radio system in preparation for a full transition to digital communications. Once in-car and handheld radios are upgraded, officers will benefit from clearer, more reliable communication, especially during emergencies or multi-agency operations. The digital system will also enhance officer safety and ensure better coordination across different public safety departments.
The Firebaugh Police Department remains committed to investing in technology that strengthens public safety, improves service to the community, and provides officers with the tools they need to do their jobs effectively and safely. 16 FIREBAUGH POLICE DEPARTMENT

Motor Unit – Traffic
The Firebaugh Police Department’s Traffic Unit plays an important role in keeping our streets safe and supporting the overall needs of the community. While we have a dedicated traffic officer, that officer also serves in patrol and assists with various law enforcement duties throughout the city. This cross-training approach helps us make the ost of our personnel while ensuring consistent coverage for traffic-related issues.
In 2024, the department upgraded its traffic enforcement tools by replacing an aging BMW motorcycle with a brand-new Indian police motorcycle, funded through a grant from the Office of Traffic Safety (OTS). Our traffic officer completed certified motorcycle training in October 2024 and is fully qualified to operate the new unit.
Having a motorcycle unit offers several advantages beyond routine traffic enforcement.
The motorcycle’s size and agility allow the officer to respond quickly in heavy traffic, reach areas that are difficult for patrol vehicles, and provide support during special events, parades, and large gatherings. It’s also highly effective for addressing traffic complaints in residential neighborhoods, school zones, and during commute hours.
Beyond enforcement, the motorcycle unit enhances community engagement. Its visibility at public events draws positive attention, especially from children and families. The motorcycle frequently appears at safety presentations, school visits, and other outreach efforts, helping foster stronger
connections between officers and
residents.
The Firebaugh Police Department
is proud to maintain a motorcycle
unit that strengthens both traffic
safety and community relations
while improving our ability to
respond to a variety of situations
throughout the city.

Firebaugh Police Activities League (Firebaugh PAL)
The Firebaugh Police Activities League, or Firebaugh PAL, is focused on creating positive experiences for local
children and young adults while building meaningful
connections between the community and the Firebaugh
Police Department. The program is built on trust, respect, and community involvement, offering opportunities for
youth to interact with officers in supportive and encouraging environments.
PAL organizes a variety of programs aimed at promoting
teamwork, leadership, and personal responsibility. One of its most popular activities is the annual summer soccer program, which consistently draws many young
participants. Along with sports, PAL hosts outdoor
recreation opportunities and events that help youth connect with positive role models and develop life skills.
Throughout the year, PAL holds several community events, including a holiday toy giveaway for children in need during the Christmas season. These events often include food distributions for families and provide a meaningful way to support those facing challenges. PAL is also a key partner in the community’s annual Trunk or Treat event and proudly donates to Firebaugh High School’s Sober Grad program. Sober Grad is an annual event that offers graduating seniors a safe, drug- and alcohol-free celebration on graduation night. The program helps reduce the risk of impaired driving and other dangerous behaviors, giving students a memorable and responsible way to mark this important milestone.
The biggest event hosted by PAL is the annual demolition derby, organized in partnership with other local groups. The event features a crowd-favorite derby and a community fireworks show, offering families a full day of entertainment. It’s a tradition that brings the community together and helps build strong, positive connections between residents and the police department.
Firebaugh PAL is overseen by a volunteer board of
directors and supported by dedicated community
volunteers. The program is funded entirely through
donations and local fundraising efforts, reflecting
Firebaugh’s strong commitment to its youth.
At its heart, Firebaugh PAL is about helping young
people grow into responsible, confident, and
engaged members of the community. The
Firebaugh Police Department remains proud to
support this program and the lasting, positive
difference it makes in the lives of local families.

the Firebaugh Police Activities League (PAL) and
COPP, several explorers have been able to attend
the reserve officer academy, helping ease the
financial burden and make a career in law
enforcement more attainable.
Over the past year, explorers have received
instruction in areas such as vehicle stops, radio procedures, vehicle codes, search and seizure laws, and the legal differences between detentions and consensual contacts.
Under the supervision of Explorer Advisor Officer Jason Perez, they’ve also gained training in firearm safety and basic shooting techniques.
Beyond the classroom, explorers actively
support the department by assisting with
community presentations, special events,
and public outreach efforts. They frequently
participate in ride-a-longs with patrol officers,
giving them firsthand exposure to police
operations and reinforcing the skills learned
during training.
The Firebaugh Police Department takes
great pride in the Explorer Program and its
role in shaping the future of law enforcement.
By investing in these young adults, the
department helps develop not only future
officers but also well-rounded, civic-minded
community members.

Officer Wellness Center
The Firebaugh Police Department is
committed to supporting the health,
safety, and well-being of our staff. As part
of that effort, the department established
the Officer Wellness Center, made
possible through state grant funding and
city support. The former city library was
thoughtfully renovated into a fully
equipped fitness and wellness facility
available to police officers, dispatchers,
firefighters, and all city employees.
The center features a wide range of
commercial-grade fitness equipment,
including free weights, cardio machines,
and strength training systems. This
resource provides employees with a convenient, no-cost option to maintain their physical health, reduce stress, and improve overall fitness.
Officer wellness extends beyond physical fitness. The center is also used as a space for wellness initiatives focused on mental health, stress management, and peer support. Law enforcement professionals face unique challenges on the job, and having a designated place to decompress, exercise, and connect with colleagues in a healthy environment is an important part of supporting those who serve the community.
The department is also working to provide access to wellness workshops, critical incident stress debriefings, and mental health resources to help address the emotional and psychological demands of public safety work. These efforts reflect our ongoing commitment to the overall health of our
employees, ensuring they have the tools
to manage both the physical and
emotional demands of their roles.
The Firebaugh Police Department is
grateful to the City Council for their
support in making this project possible
and will continue to invest in programs
that prioritize the well-being of those who
protect and serve our community.

As we wrap up this report, I want to take a moment to sincerely thank the City Council and the people of Firebaugh for your steady support and partnership. The Firebaugh Police Department remains focused on protecting our community, strengthening public trust, and maintaining open, honest communication with the residents we serve.
As we head into 2025, we recognize that public safety is a shared responsibility. We rely on the continued trust, involvement, and support of our residents, city leadership, and community partners to help keep Firebaugh safe, connected, and welcoming for everyone. Together, we will build on this progress, face new challenges, and work toward another successful year of service. Thank you for standing with us. 21 FIREBAUGH POLICE DEPARTMENT

TO: Freddy Valdez and Council Members
FROM: Mario Gouveia, City Engineer
DATE: June 16, 2025
SUBJECT: Resolution No. 25-15 Resolution of the City Council of the City of Firebaugh Confirming the Diagram and Assessment of Annual Levy for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 for Landscaping and Lighting Maintenance District No. 1 (Pursuant to the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972) RECOMMENDATION:
1. Conduct a public hearing to receive testimony regarding proposed 2025-2026 assessments for the City of Firebaugh’s Citywide Landscaping and Lighting Maintenance District No. 1.
2. Council by motion adopt Resolution 25-15 confirming the diagram and assessments for the annual levy of the City of Firebaugh’s Landscaping and Lighting Maintenance District No. 1 for Fiscal Year 2025- 2026 and direct the Deputy City Clerk to file the annual Engineer’s Report with the County of Fresno, California.
BACKGROUND:
On March 17, 2025, Council by resolution designated Gouveia Engineering, Inc. as the Engineer of Work and directed the filing of the City of Firebaugh Citywide Landscape and Lighting Maintenance Assessment District (LLMD) No. 1 Preliminary Engineer’s Report for Fiscal Year 2025-2026.
On May 19, 2025, Council by resolution declared the intention to order improvements and levy and collect assessments for the City of Firebaugh Citywide Landscape and Lighting Assessment District No. 1 for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 and set the Public Hearing date for June 16, 2025.
DISCUSSION:
The Landscape and Lighting Act of 1972 requires that an annual review and updated Engineer’s Report be prepared to set Landscaping and Lighting Maintenance Assessment District rates each fiscal year. The Fiscal Year 2025-2026 assessments in the City of Firebaugh Citywide Landscaping and Lighting Maintenance Assessment District No. 1 Final Engineer’s Report will be assessed on the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 property tax roll. As a part of the process, the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972 requires that an Engineer’s Report must be filed and a Public Hearing be held.
The Engineer’s Report for the LLMD contains a detailed description of the improvements being maintained, the boundaries of the Assessment District, and the proposed assessment for each property within the Assessment District and is on file with the Deputy City Clerk for review. No annexations of new property have occurred to the District over the past year.
RETURN TO AGENDA
790.02 - 2024
FISCAL IMPACT:
It is anticipated the City of Firebaugh will collect approximately $67,245.46 from the City of Firebaugh Citywide Landscaping and Lighting Maintenance District No. 1 Assessments to cover estimated maintenance, utility and administration expenses for Fiscal Year 2025-2026.

DISCUSSION
The Madera County Fire Department has had an Automatic and MutualAid Agreement with the City of Firebaugh since 1985. The agreement covers a portion of Madera County where there are both residential and commercial occupancies and currently no Madera County Fire resources nearby to provide timely emergency responses. ln fact, the closest Madera County apparatus is up to 25 minutes from the County line, near the City of Firebaugh. With the Madera County Fire Department contracting for Automatic Aid with the City of Firebaugh, Madera County is able to provide service to the residents and business owners who work and reside in the atea, as well as those who travel through this area of minimal coverage.
The current agreement allows for the payment of $250.00 to the City of Firebaugh per Processed by BOS Clerk: Angela Grandov, Deputy Clerk ll Page 1 of2

As for the Local Transportation Fund (LTF), TDA, and Measure C, the combined projected revenue from these critical sources is anticipated to be $811,295. A significant allocation from these funds will be directed towards the Father Craig Street Rehabilitation project, with an estimated $349,182 to be paid from the TDA, cost to be shared with Fund 013.
Fund 043, Light and Landscape, we project a total revenue of $68,245. Expenditures within this fund are allocated with $34,799 designated for salaries and $50,784 for operating expenses. We will need to monitor this fund closely as anticipated expenses currently exceed projected revenues, indicating a potential deficit.
