MINUTES
Tuesday, February 8, 2022 1:00 PM
In association with the Governor's proclamation of a State of Emergency due to the coronavirus (COVID- 19) public health emergency and Assembly Bill 361, the Sacramento County Health Order dated January 6, 2022 has ordered that all in-person council and commission public meetings be suspended, and that those meetings be conducted virtually.
CALL TO ORDER
The special City Council meeting was called to order at 1:00 p.m. with Mayor Kerri Howell presiding.

City Manager Elaine Andersen made a presentation introducing the item.
Finance Director/CFO Stacey Tamagni made a presentation and responded to questions from the City Council.
City Manager Elaine Andersen presented potential solutions to the City Council and responded to questions. Parks and Recreation Director Lorraine Poggione and Finance Director/CFO Stacey Tamagni also responded to questions from the City Council.
Communications Director/Economic Development Liaison Christine Brainerd made a presentation regarding economic development. City Manager Elaine Andersen and Joe Gagliardi with the Greater Folsom Partnership provided additional information and responded to questions from the City Council.
Communications Director/Economic Development Liaison Christine Brainerd continued with a presentation regarding potential public engagement plans with additional information from Ms.
Andersen. Public Works Director Mark Rackovan provided comments regarding the Wye property and responded to questions from the City Council.
The following speakers addressed the City Council:

3. Bruce Cline
The City Council discussed the item. City Manager Elaine Andersen responded to questions.
The City Council directed staff to develop and implement a community engagement plan to inform the public and obtain input about service priorities.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Folsom City Council, Mayor Kerri Howell adjourned the meeting at 3:58 pm.
