The special City Council meeting was called to order at 3:00 pm with Mayor Kerri Howell presiding.

2. Performance Evaluation of Public Employee Pursuant to Government Code section 54957(bX1): Position Title: City Manager
City Attorney Steve Wang advised that item 1 will be continued off calendar.
Motion by Gouncilmember Sarah Aquino second by Vice Mayor Rosario Rodriguez to adjourn to Glosed Session for the above referenced item. Motion carried with the following roll call vote:
