The special City Council meeting was called to order at 6:15 p.m. with Mayor Rosario Rodriguez presiding.

ADJOURNMENT TO GLOSED SESSION FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES:
1. Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation - Pursuant to Government Code section 54956.g(d)(1): Brittiny Nikol and Michael Nikolv. City of Folsom, Sacramento County Superior Court Case No. 34-2023-00335185
Motion by Councilmember Sarah Aquino, second by Vice Mayor YK Ghalamcherla, to adjourn to closed session for the above referenced item. Motion carried with the following roll call vote:
