CALL TO ORDER
The special City Council meeting was called to order at 3:30 p.m. with Mayor Rosario Rodriguez presiding.
ROLL CALL:

ADJOURNMENT TO CLOSED SESSION FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES:
1. Conference with Real property Negotiator - Pursuant to Government Code section 54956.8: Retail Space at 905 Leidesdorff btreet, ApN 070-0052-023. Negotiating Parties. City Manager Elaine Andersen on behalf of the City of Folsom, and Taryn Grows and Charlie Grows, of Pour Leadership lnc., DBA Uncle iharlie's Firehouse & Brew. Under Negotiation: Price and Terms of Lease
2.pertormance Evaluation of Public Employee Pursuant to Government Code section 54957(bX1): Position Title: City Manager
Motion by Gouncilmember Sarah Aquino, second by Vice Mayor YK Chalamcherla, to adjourn to closed session for the above referenced items. Motion carried with the following roll call vote:

The special meeting was adjourned to the regular City Council meeting at 6:32 p.m.
