The special City Council meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. with Mayor Rosario Rodriguez presiding.

Motion by Gouncilmember Sarah Aquino, second by Vice Mayor YK Ghalamcherla, to adjourn to closed session for the above referenced items. Motion carried with the following roll call vote:

ABSTAIN: Gouncilmember(s): None
