CALL TO ORDER
The special City Council meeting was called to order at 6:10 pm with Mayor Rosario Rodriguez presiding.

ADJOURNMENT TO CLOSED SESSION FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES:
1. Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation - Pursuant to Government Code section 54956.9(d)(1): Brittany Nikol and Michael Nikol v. City of Folsom, Sacramento County Superior Court Case No. 34-2023-00335185
Motion by Councilmember Sarah Aquino, seconded by Councilmember Mike Kozlowski to rollera volosed session for the above-referenced item. The motion passed by the following AYES: Rohrbough, Aquino, Chalamcherla, Kozlowski, Rodriguez NOES: None

ABSTAIN: None
RECONVENE
City Attorney Steven Wang announced that no final action was taken.
