CALL TO ORDER
The special City Council meeting was called to order at 6:15 pm with Mayor Rosario Rodriguez presiding.
ROLL CALL:
Councilmembers Present: Sarah Aquino, Councilmember
Mike Kozlowski, Councilmember
Anna Rohrbough, Councilmember
Rosario Rodriguez, Mayor
Councilmembers Absent: YK Chalamcherla, Vice Mayor (arrived at 6:16 pm) ADJOURNMENT TO CLOSED SESSION FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES:
1. Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation - Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d) (1): Paul Kerfeld v. City of Folsom, Workers' Compensation Appeals Board Case Nos.
ADJ13080506 and ADJ12920615
Motion by Councilmember Sarah Aquino, seconded by Councilmember Mike Kozlowski to adjourn to closed session for the above-referenced item. The motion passed by the following roll-call vote:
AYES: Aquino, Kozlowski, Rohrbough, Rodriguez
NOES: None
ABSENT: Chalamcherla
ABSTAIN: None
Councilmember YK Chalamcherla arrived at 6:16 pm and participated in the closed session discussion.
