City Council Special Meeting

Tuesday, August 27, 2024 5:45 PM
CALL TO ORDER
The special City Council meeting was called to order at 5:45 pm with Mayor Kozlowski presiding.

ADJOURNMENT TO CLOSED SESSION FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES:
1. Conference with Real Property Negotiator-Pursuant to Government Code section 54956.8:
Direction to staff regarding a possible lease of the Zittel Family Amphitheater located at 200 Wool Street, APN 070-0052-023-0000. Negotiating Parties: City Manager Elaine Andersen on behalf of the City of Folsom, and Judy Collinsworth, Executive Director, on behalf of the Folsom Historic District Association. Under Negotiation: Price and Terms of Lease Motion by Councilmember Rodriguez, second by Vice Mayor Aquino to adjourn to closed session. Motion passed by the following roll-call vote:
AYES: Rodriguez, Aquino, Chalamcherla, Kozlowski
NOES: None
ABSENT: Rohrbough
ABSTAIN: None
RECONVENE
City Attorney Steven Wang announced that no final action was taken during closed session.
