CALL TO ORDER
The special City Council meeting was called to order at 6:15 pm with Mayor Kozlowski presiding.

ADJOURNMENT TO CLOSED SESSION FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES:
1. Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation - Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1): Ngot Phan and Phuoc Tran v. City of Folsom, Sacramento County Superior Court Case No. 24CV018033
Motion by Vice Mayor Aquino, second by Councilmember Rodriguez to adjourn to closed session. Motion passed by the following roll-call vote:
AYES: Aquino, Rodriguez, Rohrbough, Kozlowski
NOES: None
ABSENT: Chalamcherla
ABSTAIN: None
RECONVENE
City Attorney Steven Wang announced that no final action was taken during closed session.
