City Council Special Meeting
MINUTES
Tuesday, November 12, 2024 5:30 PM
CALL TO ORDER
The special City Council meeting was called to order at 5:30 pm with Mayor Kozlowski presiding.

ADJOURNMENT TO CLOSED SESSION FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES:
1. Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation - Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1): Patricia Binley v. City of Folsom, Sacramento County Superior Court Case No. 24CV016782
2. Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation - Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1): Emese Szijarto v. City of Folsom, Sacramento County Superior Court Case No. 24CV020629
3. Conference with Real Property Negotiator - Pursuant to Government Code section 54956.8:
Approximately 9,999 Sq.Ft. of City Owned Land (Water Treatment Plant) located adjacent to 327 Cimmaron Circle in Folsom, APN 071-0410-005-0000. Negotiating Parties: City Manager Elaine Andersen on behalf of the City of Folsom, and Ravi Kahlon, owner of 327 Cimmaron Circle. Under Negotiation: Price and Terms of Sale
4. Conference with Labor Negotiator - Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6. Agency Negotiator: Vance Piggott. Employee Organization: Folsom Police Officers’ Association
Motion by Vice Mayor Aquino, second by Councilmember Rodriguez to adjourn to closed session. Motion passed by the following roll-call vote:
