CALL TO ORDER
The special City Council meeting was called to order at 12:00 pm with Mayor Aquino presiding.

ADJOURNMENT TO CLOSED SESSION FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES:
1. Public Employee Appointment – Recruitment to Fill the Position of City Manager Following Retirement Announcement of Current City Manager Pursuant to Government Code section 54957(b)(1)
Motion by Councilmember Kozlowski, second by Mayor Aquino to adjourn to closed session. Motion passed by the following roll-call vote:
AYES: Aquino, Kozlowski, Leary, Raithel,
NOES: None
ABSENT: Rohrbough
ABSTAIN: None
Councilmember Rohrbough arrived during closed session.
RECONVENE
City Attorney Steven Wang announced that no final action was taken during closed session.
