CALL TO ORDER
The special City Council meeting was called to order at 12:15 pm with Mayor Aquino presiding.

1. Mayor's 2025 State of the City Address
Mayor Aquino presented the 2025 State of the City Address.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the City Council, the meeting was adjourned at 12:35 pm.
