City Council Special Meeting
MINUTES
Tuesday, April 22, 2025 5:30 PM
CALL TO ORDER
The special City Council meeting was called to order at 5:30 pm with Mayor Aquino presiding.

ADJOURNMENT TO CLOSED SESSION FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES:
1. Conference with Real Property Negotiator – Pursuant to Government Code section 54956.8:
Retail Space at 905 Leidesdorff Street, APN 070-0052-023-0000. Negotiating Parties: City Manager Bryan Whitemyer on behalf of the City of Folsom, and Taryn Grows and Charlie Grows, of Pour Leadership Inc., DBA Uncle Charlie's Firehouse & Brew. Under Negotiation:

4. Conference with Real Property Negotiator – Pursuant to Government Code section 54956.8:

Negotiating Parties: City Manager Bryan Whitemyer on behalf of the City of Folsom, and Mallory Gonzalez on behalf of the Property Owner. Motion by Councilmember Kozlowski second by Councilmember Leary to adjourn to closed session. Motion passed by the following roll-call vote:

NOES: None
ABSENT: Raithel
ABSTAIN: None
RECONVENE
City Attorney Steven Wang announced that no final action was taken during closed session.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the City Council, the meeting was adjourned at 6:30 pm.
