City Council Special Meeting
MINUTES
Tuesday, May 13, 2025 5:15 PM
CALL TO ORDER
The special City Council meeting was called to order at 5:15 pm with Mayor Aquino presiding.
ROLL CALL:

ADJOURNMENT TO CLOSED SESSION FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES:
1. Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation - Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1): Mark LeClere v. City of Folsom, Sacramento County Superior Court Case No. 25CV006653
2. Conference with Legal Counsel – Existing Litigation - Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1): Richard Brixey v. City of Folsom, Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board Case Nos. ADJ18296163 and ADJ18296149
3. Conference with Labor Negotiator – Pursuant to Government Code section 54957.6. Agency Negotiator: Vance Piggott. Employee Organization: Various Bargaining Groups
Motion by Mayor Aquino second by Vice Mayor Raithel to adjourn to closed session. Motion passed by the following roll-call vote:

NOES: None
ABSENT: Kozlowski
ABSTAIN: None

City Attorney Steven Wang announced that no final action was taken during closed session.
