City Council Special Meeting
MINUTES
Tuesday, June 10, 2025 6:15 PM
CALL TO ORDER
The special City Council meeting was called to order at 6:15 pm with Mayor Aquino presiding.

ADJOURNMENT TO CLOSED SESSION FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES:
1. Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation - Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1): Griselda Vaca v. Folsom Cordova Unified School District, City of Folsom, County of Sacramento, and State of California, Sacramento County Superior Court Case No. 25CV011806
Motion by Councilmember Kozlowski, second by Councilmember Leary to adjourn to closed session. Motion passed by the following roll-call vote:
AYES: Raithel, Rohrbough, Kozlowski, Leary, Aquino
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
ABSTAIN: None
RECONVENE
City Attorney Steven Wang announced that no final action was taken during closed session.
