City Council Special Meeting
MINUTES
Tuesday, August 12, 2025 5:00 PM
CALL TO ORDER
The special City Council meeting was called to order at 5:00 pm with Mayor Aquino presiding.

ADJOURNMENT TO CLOSED SESSION FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES:
1. Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation - Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1): Colleen Lawson v. City of Folsom, Sacramento County Superior Court Case No. 25CV016811
2. Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation - Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1): George Umberger, II, et al. v. City of Folsom, et. al., United States District Court for the Eastern District of California Case No. 2:24-cv-1169-KJM-JPD (PS)
3. Conference with Labor Negotiator - Pursuant to Government Code section 54957.6. Agency Negotiator: Vance Piggott. Employee Organization: Various Bargaining Groups
Motion by Mayor Aquino, second by Councilmember Raithel to adjourn to closed session.

City Attorney Steven Wang announced that no final action was taken during closed session.
