Tuesday, June 9, 2026 5:45 PM
CALL TO ORDER
The special City Council meeting was called to order at 5:45 pm with Mayor Raithel presiding.
ROLL CALL:

Barbara Leary, Councilmember

Justin Raithel, Mayor
Councilmembers Absent: Anna Rohrbough, Vice Mayor (arrived 5:47 pm)
ADJOURNMENT TO CLOSED SESSION FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES:
1. Conference with Legal Counsel – Existing Litigation Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1): Robert Delp v. City of Folsom and City Council of the City of Folsom, Sacramento County Superior Court Case No. 26WM000118
2. Conference with Labor Negotiators pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6 – Local agency designated representative: Fire Chief Jason Solak. Employee Organization: Sacramento Area Firefighters, Local 522, Folsom Unit
Motion by Councilmember Aquino, second by Councilmember Kozlowski to adjourn to closed session. Motion passed by the following roll-call vote:
AYES: Leary, Aquino, Kozlowski, Raithel
NOES: None
ABSENT: Rohrbough
ABSTAIN: None

Interim City Attorney Sari Dierking announced that no final action was taken during closed session.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the City Council, the meeting was adjourned at 6:37 pm.
