RESOLUTION NO. 2022-XXX
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FONTANA DESIGNATING CITY OFFICERS WHO ARE AUTHORIZED TO INVEST FUNDS FOR THE CITY OF FONTANA AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 2021-004 WHEREAS, on January 12, 2021, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 2021-004 which designated City officers who are authorized to invest funds for the City of Fontana; and WHEREAS, personnel title changes have been made since that time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fontana as follows:
Resolution No. 2021-004 designating City officers who are authorized to invest funds for the City of Fontana is hereby repealed.
The City Council does hereby authorize the investment of city funds not required for immediate disbursement in accordance with the City’s Statement of Investment Policy by designated City officials.
The signatures of at least two of the following City officers shall be required to approve and/or order such investment transactions: City Manager, Chief Financial Officer/Deputy City Treasurer, Budget Manager and Accounting Manager.
