RESOLUTION NO. 2022 -
A RE SOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FONTANA
RATIFYING THE CONFIRMATION OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE
CITY OF FONTANA AND MANAGEMENT CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fontana h as adopted a Confirmation of Understanding (COU) which incorporate s the terms , working conditions, and compensation levels for the classifications covered by this group; and
WHEREAS, a COU has expired, and the City and this group have agreed on new terms outlined in the new COU.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fontana, to ratify the Confirmation of Understanding between the City of Fontana and Management Confidential employees.
EFFECTIVE DATE: July 1, 2021
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of January, 2022.
