City Attorney Duran interjected and clarified that the Ordinance before the City Council is very narrow in scope, due to recent passing of State law.

Mayor Pro Tem Garcia also commented on some of the public communications received this evening, clarifying that the Ordinance intent is not to criminalize any individual but to ensure that business is being operated legally.
